These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WayBack mobile application and associated services ("Service"). By creating an account or using WayBack, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use WayBack. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may verify your age and terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile. You may not impersonate others or create accounts for anyone other than yourself.

You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from our servers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WayBack in a lawful and respectful manner. You may not:

• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload or share content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Interfere with the operation of the service or its infrastructure
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity

4. Your Content

Your photos remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. The memories, activities, and profile information you create within WayBack remain yours. By using WayBack, you grant us a limited license to store and process the data you provide to deliver the service (for example, storing your profile, friend connections, and activity invitations in our database).

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

WayBack, including its design, logo, code, and features, is owned by WayBack and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our written permission.

7. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep WayBack available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

WayBack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WayBack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it in the app's Settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of WayBack shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of WayBack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
